Online Practice
Due to COVID measures, we are offering online classes only until studios are allowed to reopen. You can register for classes on the AYM website. Choose the Mysore Online 1 Month membership or the Online 1 Week pass or the Mysore Zoom single class. Thank you for your support! Let’s stay connected.

Please note:

Ashtanga Led Half Primary Series
Monday at 7h30 - 8h30
Students will be counted/guided through half of primary series. Variations will be offered for students newer to Ashtanga. If you are not used to practicing full primary, you are of course welcome to stop where ever you need to and do finishing postures. If you need to do a shorter practice, you can always take finishing whenever you choose. You are also welcome to continue your practice beyond half primary.

Ashtanga Led Standing Sequence & Mysore with Kirtan soundscapes
Wednesday 7h30 - 8h45
In this special hybrid class, students will be guided together through the sun salutations and standing poses, and continue their practice Mysore style, with guidance from the teacher. The class will be set to kirtan music, bringing a shared experience, energy and inspiration to the practice.

Led Half Primary – Intermediate Series
Friday 8h15 - 9h30
After being led through the standing poses, students will be mindfully guided through the beginning of the intermediate series. Those unfamiliar with intermediate are welcome to explore through this practice, or if more appropriate, stop at any point and go to the finishing sequence. It's important that students know they are encouraged to do what feels right on any given day in the virtual shala space: whether that means continuing further, or doing less than the group.
Sangha Connection
Friday after practice
On Friday morning after practice, we take 15 minutes for community and connection to share or to ask questions that have come up during the week.

Ashtanga Led Full Primary Series
Saturday at 8h00
Students will be counted/guided through the full primary series. Variations will be offered for students newer to Ashtanga.
