Choose your breakfast from the menu of organic, vegetarian, fish and chicken dishes, fresh juices, house made pastries and bread, local cacao and more while overlooking the jungle.

In the free hours after breakfast, you can visit the incredible local beaches for surf, snorkel or chill, visit the vibrant town of Puerto Viejo, hike and explore the local nature: wildlife, waterfalls, swimming in natural jungle pools, etc. Go on a guided excursion, or simply get a massage and chill in the hot tub at Samasati.

Lunch can be served at Samasati or taken with you on your adventure.

In the late afternoon we will have the second practice, usually restorative or a workshop that is tailored to the needs of the group.

We will have the evening meal together. The on site restaurant uses organic as often as possible and can accommodate many food restrictions and preferences.
